About the Journal
Welcome to the Journal of Coffee and Sustainability (JCS) (e - ISSN 3062-7362), published by Directorate of Research and Community Service, Universitas Brawijaya.
Journal of Coffee and Sustainability provides a forum for the rapid dissemination of research related to coffee and sustainability in the form of peer-reviewed research and review papers. JCS published scientific papers in review, short reports, and articles on coffee-related topics in agriculture, agroforestry, agribusiness, biological, coffee-based industry, food science, waste management, health, economy, tourism, technology, gastronomy, culture, and other social sciences.
JCS publishes 3 (three) editions a year (March, July, and November). Submissions are open all year round. Before submitting, please ensure the manuscript is in the aims and scope of JCS, written in ENGLISH, and follows our author guidelines and manuscript template. All submitted articles shall be original, have never been published elsewhere, and are not under consideration for other publications.
