About the Journal

Welcome to the Journal of Coffee and Sustainability (JCS) (e - ISSN 3062-7362), published by Directorate of Research and Community Services, Universitas Brawijaya.

Journal of Coffee and Sustainability provides a forum for the rapid dissemination of research related to coffee and sustainability in the form of peer-reviewed research and review papers.  JCS published scientific papers in review, short reports, and articles on coffee-related topics in agriculture, agroforestry, agribusiness, biological, coffee-based industry, food science, waste management, health, economy, tourism, technology, gastronomy, culture, and other social sciences.

JCS publishes 3 (three) editions a year (March, July, and November).  Submissions are open all year round. Before submitting, please ensure the manuscript is in the aims and scope of JCS, written in ENGLISH, and follows our Submission Preparation Checklist  and manuscript template. All submitted articles shall be original, have never been published elsewhere, and are not under consideration for other publications.

Call For Paper to be published in JCS Volume 2 (01), 2025

We are opening manuscript submissions for the Edition Vol 2 No.01 2025.
We invite submissions from all professionals, researchers, students, and scientists for possible publication.
Articles submitted by the author are adjusted to the aims and scope, following the author's guidelines and publication ethics determined by the JCS journal when preparing the submission.
